• The ideal candidate should be smart and energetic with a dynamic personality and capable of handling the task
  independently as per requirements of the company. The selected candidate will be required to work with
  following roles and responsibilities:
  Job Profile
   Time bound engineering deliverables to clients, accuracy in material requirement estimates to
  procurement
   Must get involved in detailed design calculations, preparation of engineering data sheets &
  specifications
   Must be a part of pre-award activities such as preliminary design, preparation of tender drawings and
  material take-offs, cost estimation of material, plant & preliminaries & collaborate with commercial /
  procurement in preparation of quotation, material sourcing & vendor development
   Tendering for works for Operations Dept. and other works at Trincomalee Terminal and for Retail
  works wherever advised (RO refurbishment, rate contracts, tank fabrication contracts, DU Tenders
  etc)
   Award of contracts, Contract Management and Project Management. Timely execution of
  Agreements
   Timely processing bills for all construction activities for Trincomalee works and other works assigned
   Timely preparation and submission of carryover statements. Liability statements, material inventory
  at Trincomalee and capitalization statements and all other co-ordination with the finance
• Person Profile
   Candidates should possess a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or an
  equivalent qualification
   Candidates possessing MSc in the field of project management/ contract management/ quantity
  survey from a recognized university will be an added advantage
   Should have minimum of 08 years experience in executive level
   Candidate with experience in Petroleum industry, preferably in construction of Retail Outlets,
  petroleum storage terminals, will be given an added advantage
   Should preferably be below 38 years of age
   Excellent computer literate
   Good interpersonal skills
