HSFO) FOR VESSELS AT INSIDE PORT, ANCHORAGE AND
OUTSIDE LIMIT OF PORT OF COLOMBO/ TRINCOMALEE OR
ANY OTHER PORT (WITHIN TERRITORIAL WATERS OF SRI
LANKA).
PERIOD OF CHARTER: INITIAL PERIOD OF TWO YEARS WITH AN OPTION TO
EXTEND FOR ANOTHER PERIOD OF ONE YEAR AT THE SAME
CHARTER HIRE, TERMS & CONDITIONS AT SOLE
DISCREATION OF LIOC.

AT 14.00 HRS OF SRI LANKAN TIME. OFFERS SHALL BE VALID FOR PERIOD OF 30 DAYS
FROM THE DATE OF SUBMISSION UNLESS EXTENDED IN WRITING.
Lanka IOC PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders in part or in full or to
negotiate with any/all the tenderers or to withdraw /cancel /modify this tender without
assigning any reason(s) whatsoever.
