JOB PROFILE :
- Regular interaction with the dealer network for optimizing sales of Petrol, Diesel,
Lubricants etc.
- Regular interaction with the supply locations to ensure uninterrupted supplies to the
retail outlets.
- Maximizing Fuel and Non fuel earnings from the retail outlets.
- Organizing promotional activities in order to enhance sales growth.
- Developing a long term customer relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Ability to do multitasking and willing to work extended hours, if required.
- Regular MIS for information of SVP (RS & HR).
- Ensuring proper maintenance of retail outlet equipments and proper safety
compliance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Should necessarily possess Qualifications in CIM / SLIM/ degree in marketing or an
equivalent qualification
- Post graduate degree or a MBA preferably in Sales / Marketing from a recognized
university will be an added advantage
- Should have minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
- Should possess excellent communication skills and absolute customer orientation
- Should preferably be below 35 years of age
- Should have a valid driving license
- Should be computer literate
- Should be willing to work in any part of the country and accept area transfers as per
company requirements.
