VESSELS AT INSIDE PORT, ANCHORAGE AND OUTSIDE
LIMIT OF PORT OF COLOMBO OR ANY OTHER PORT (WITHIN
TERRITORIAL WATERS OF SRI LANKA).
PERIOD OF CHARTER: INITIAL PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS WITH AN OPTION TO
EXTEND FOR ANOTHER PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS AT THE
SAME CHARTER HIRE, TERMS & CONDITIONS AT SOLE
DISCREATION OF LIOC.

CLOSING DATE OF TENDER & TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: 30/5/2025 AT
14.00 HRS SRI LANKAN TIME AND OFFERS SHALL BE VALID FOR 10 DAYS.
The offer should remain valid for 10 days from the closing date unless extended in writing.
Lanka IOC PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders in part or in full or to
negotiate with any/all the tenderers or to withdraw /cancel /modify this tender without
assigning any reason(s) whatsoever.
