Q1:Why do I need to register again?

A1:We would like all our esteemed vendors to register on our site once again even though they may have registered earlier on our older site as a few more details are to be stored in our database. We regret the inconvenience caused. The new tender application contains many features that will be useful for suppliers.

Q2: How often do I need to update my registration details ?

A2: Whenever there is a change in any of the details mentioned at the time of 1st registration you would be requested to update your registration details, for us to have your most recent details.

Q3:How do I sign up for updates?

A3:There are two ways. First when you register for a new account, you will be asked whether you like to sign up to receive updates whenever a tender notice has been issued.  If however you do not wish to be registered, you can sign up for updates using the sign up form on the right side bar.  You will however need to register to download tender information.

Q4:How do I directly get in touch with relevent corporate managers.

A4:Please navigate to the relevent sections witin the Lanka IOC website and use the details given or call through our general line.

Q5: I forgot my password. How do I Log in?

A5:Please go to the login screen of the Lanka IOC Tender application.  Click on the forgot password link and provide the email you gave to sign up for the tender application.  You will be allowed to set a new password.  If you don’t remember the email address, please contact  our help agents and we will assist you.


Q6:How do I apply for a tender?

A6:Once you log in to the Tender Application, you will see an apply tender button in addition to the Download tender button.  Please  use Windows Zip mechanism or any other Zip software to put all your documents in one file and complete your application. You will receive a confirmation email.
