· Experience prior to joining in IOC:
Worked in two multinationals Companies namely M/s Rishiroop Rubber Industries and M/s Chemox Chemical Industries Ltd as Shift-in-charge for one year prior to joining in IOCL.
· 25 Years Experience in IOCL, India:
Joined in 1996. Worked in IOCL Kandla Terminal as Shift Officer for seven months (after three months of joining) during “Management Training”. In the process, I have learnt Terminal Operation, Rail/Roadtransportation and Tanker operation, Co-ordination with Shipping Agent, Port Authorities and Statutory bodies. Posted at Grease Manufacturing Plant at Vashi (Navi Mumbai)for four years and worked as Shift-in-charge.Monitored implementation of “PAHAL” (DBTL) LPG project and Holding certificate of PAHAL, a Guinness Book of World Records.Worked under Bhopal Divisional Office for two and half years and learnt Shed business. Worked in Institutional Lubes Sales and Technical Services for 12 Years in different capacity and different places ( Field officer for 11 years and HOD at State Office for one year). Handled Retail Lube Sales at State Office level for four years as HOD. Worked in IOCL marketing HO and looked after OEM business development ,major tie-up and framing of Policy for Retail Lubricant Business.
Overseas Exposure :
Got opportunity to be member of selection Process of Servo Lube Distributor in Bangladesh. Visited Automobile Industries in Bangladesh. Selected for attending Business Conference at Lubrizol, USA Plant , Ohio and training at R&D, USA Lubrizol.Witnessed Steel /Car/ other Plant Operations at Beijing and Shanghai (China). Attended Management Study at Beijing University as part of “Threshold Version 23.0” program in FY 2018-19.
Challenging Assignment handled:
Regularly takes challenging assignment other than routine work e.g. successfully organised Mega Cycle Rally at Indore , India for 20,000 &50,000 cyclists in January 2018 and January 2019, respectively. The program was chaired by Hon’bleMinister of MoP& NG., GoI. Cycle Rally conducted in 2019 is a Guinness Book of World Record.
