Servosyngear Plus Oils are synthetic industrial gear lubricants which provide higher protection from micropitting fatigue. They have excellent thermal and oxidation stability and provide extra protection against wear, rust and corrosion. They are recommended for lubrication of gears working under heavy or shock load conditions and which may be subjected to micropitting. Their natural high VI and low pour point make them suitable for continuous all whether applications. Servosyngear Plus is approved by Flender against specification 06/12/2005/REV.9 and is suitable for wind mill gear boxes.

Servosyngear AMP Oils are fully synthetic industrial gear oils designed to provide optimum equipment protection and oil life under extreme conditions of load and temperature. They are specially recommended for applications that may be subjected to micropitting especially highly loaded units and extreme temperature environments. These can be used for lubrication of plastic extruder boxes and modern highly loaded gear boxes used in paper, steel, oil, textile and cement industries. They meet DIN: 51517 Part 3 for CLP fluids. Servosyngear AMP is approved by Flender against Specification of 06/12/2005/REV.9 and are suitable for wind mill gear boxes. |

Servosyngear oils are synthetic gear oils made of PAO based fluids and selected additives. They have excellent wear, corrosion and rust protection properties and enhanced oxidation stability. Servomesh SP oils are premium quality industrial gear lubricants having excellent thermal and oxidation stability, good demulsibility, low foaming tendency and provide rust and corrosion protection to metal surfaces. Servomesh SP oils meet AGMA standard 250.04, ASLE standard G-315, G-1000, G-1500, G-2150, IS:8406-1993, US Steel requirement No. 222 and 224 and IPSS:1-09-003 specifications. Servomesh SP 68, SP 100, SP 150, SP 220, SP 320, and SP 460 also meet Cincinnati Machines specifications No. P-63, P – 76, P – 77, P – 74, P – 59 and P-35 respectively. Servomesh SP oils are recommended for all heavy-duty enclosed gear drives with circulation or splash lubrication system operating under heavy or shock load conditions up to a temperature of 1000C. These oils can also be used for plain and roller bearings, sliding surfaces, chain drives, sprockets, flexible couplings employing splash, circulation or spray lubrication systems requiring EP type oils.

These are specially formulated antistatic coning oils. They are recommended for use in Textile Industry as finishing agent. They are high refined, light coloured, low viscosity mineral oil based products containing suitable emulsifier, antistatic, friction reducing and anti-splashing agents to minimize the oil dosage during coning and twisting operation.
