Servo SM oils meet the lubrication requirements of heavily loaded mill roll bearings in sugar mills. These oils ensure efficient lubrication even in the presence of cane juice. These oils prevent wear and corrosion of bearings and have excellent resistance to leakage. Servo SM oils are also recommended in centralised lubrication systems of slow speed spur and helical gears in certain industries and for open gear lubrication by slush pan method.

Servocyl C oils are compounded type steam cylinder oils having excellent oiliness and film strength properties. These oils resist water washout and minimise deposit formation even at elevated temperatures. Servocyl C oils are recommended for steam engines operating under wet/ saturated steam conditions. These oils are widely used in calendar bearings and sugar mill roll bearings and are also recommended for lubrication of worm gears. These oils are not suitable for applications, where the steam condensate is re-used. |

Servocyl M oils have excellent chemical and thermal stability and load carrying ability. These oils reduce steam consumption due to good sealing characteristics and minimise frictional losses. These oils are recommended for cylinder lubrication of steam engines handling superheated steam, where the condensate is separated from oil and re-used for process work. Servocyl M oils are not suitable for wet steam conditions. These oils are also used in oil tempering and wire drawing applications with satisfactory results.

Servoway H oils are combined hydraulic and machine way lubricants. These oils possess adequate lubricity to eliminate stick-slip and chatter under moderate load conditions and at the same time serve as hydraulic media in non-critical systems. Servoway H 32 meets ASLE standard W 150 and Cincinnati Milacron specification P-53. These oils are exclusively recommended for machine tools, which have combined hydraulic and way lubrication systems. Servoway H oils are not recommended for critical hydraulic systems or as a substitute for Servoway oils. Servoway H 68 BD exceeds the Indian requirement of minimum 70% biodegradability for ECO MARK.

Servoway oils have tackiness, anti-rust and anti-foam additives enabling higher loading of machine tools, minimum stick-slip and chatter, and provide improved surface finish to the job. These oils protect parts against rust and corrosion and reduce oil consumption due to good adhesive characteristics. Servoway 68 and 220 meet ASLE standard W 315 and W 1000 as well as Cincinnati Machines specifications P-47 and P-50 respectively. These oils are excellent products for slide way lubrication of planers, grinders, horizontal boring machines, shapers, jig borers etc., involving high precision work and are also recommended for lubrication of gears by oil-can.
