Servosystem SHC Oils are formulated from synthetic hydrocarbon base fluids and selected additive system. They can be effectively used in severe duty operations under high loads and extreme temperature conditions such as cold start up or very high operating temperatures. They are recommended for high and low pressure gear, vain and piston stationery and mobile hydraulic systems. |

Servosystem BD S Oils are anti wear type, synthetic bio-degradable hydraulic oils for applications where contamination due to leakage or blown hydraulic lines present an environmental hazard. They fall under CETOP HEES hydraulic fluid and typically provide a bio-degradability value of more than 80% as per CEC L 33 A 94 test. |
DESCRIPTION
IOC Process oil medium is a high aromatic heavy bodied rubber process oil. The oil is blended from selected aromatic streams produced during furfural extraction of lube oil and are used in the manufacture of automobile tyres, tread rubber and other dark coloured rubber goods such as battery casings, rubber bushes, etc. These are ASTM 101 type oils.
DESCRIPTION
Servo RP 104 WD is a dark brown solvent deposited, water displacing type rust preventive oil. It contains oil soluble surface-active agent, dissolved in solvent with a suitable corrosion-preventive and film forming components. They contain selected additives, which impart excellent ability to replace water from wet metal surfaces and form a uniform continuous oily film. Servo RP 104 WD contains special additive system for imparting thixotropic property, responsible for lower drainage after application of rust preventive oil.
APPLICATION
Servo RP 104 WD can be applied at room temperature by dipping or spray method. When the metallic component is dipped in Servo RP 104 WD, the water adhering to the metal surface gets dislodged by a extremely thin film of the product. Usual precautions with a solvent-based product should be taken while using Servo RP 104 WD . The film formed over metal surface can be easily removed by dipping or wiping with a suitable solvent or mild alkaline cleaners.
